Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a custom name rolling pin for my sister's birthday, and the personalization came out beautifully. The wood feels sturdy and well-finished. I followed the cleaning instructions on their site, and it seems easy enough to maintain. Shipping took about 8 days to reach Portland, which was a little longer than I expected given it was a personalized item. The packaging was secure, and it arrived without any damage. I also bought a small wooden dough tool. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but it did take them a day to get back to me. Overall, a solid product and experience, just factor in a little extra time for delivery.

Good deal on Christmas pin

I was looking for a Christmas embossed rolling pin and Algiscrafts had a great price. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was a nice bonus. The pin arrived quickly and the snowflake pattern worked perfectly on my cookie dough. Felt like a solid purchase for the money.

Consistent quality over time

This is my third purchase from Algis Crafts, and they've maintained their quality. I've bought a Christmas embossed rolling pin and a geometric one before, and this time I got the honey bee rolling pin. The engraving is always deep and precise, which is key for getting good impressions on dough. My first order was years ago, and that pin is still going strong. Shipping was reliable, arriving within the estimated window, though the box was slightly dented this time. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and it delivers every time.

Absolutely love my new pin!

Wow, I am so happy with my new dinosaur rolling pin! It's even cuter in person. The laser engraving is incredibly detailed, and it made the coolest patterns on my cookie dough. My kids were so excited to help bake with it. The wood is smooth, and it feels really good to use. I'm already planning to get the cat pattern rolling pin next. You guys are amazing! I will absolutely recommend Algis Crafts to all my friends!

Cute rolling pin, easy to use

Got the cat pattern rolling pin from here, just for fun. It's really cute! Used it for some shortbread cookies and the pattern came out super clear. Shipping was pretty fast, got it in about 5 days. No complaints, it was a good experience.

Detailed review of custom pin

I ordered a personalized rolling pin with our family name for a gift. The ordering process was straightforward; I typed in the name and selected the font easily. Production took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 business days before it shipped, so plan ahead if it's a gift. Delivery to Seattle was another 4 days. The quality of the wood is good, solid maple, and the engraving was precise. The recipient loved it and said it was easy to clean. It makes a very unique gift.

Nice product, slow support

I bought the honey bee rolling pin and it's really beautiful, makes lovely cookie patterns. The quality of the wood is good and it feels sturdy. My only issue was with customer service. I had a question about dough recipes and it took almost three days to get a reply to my email. The shipping was fine, arrived in about a week, but the slow response on my question was a bit annoying. Overall, happy with the rolling pin itself, just wish support was quicker.

Cute floral pin, quick delivery

Got the floral pattern rolling pin. It works great for cookies. Design is clear. Shipping was fast, arrived in 3 days. Wish it came with a small recipe booklet.
